# Sequence Analytics

> **Who can use this?**
>
> * Gallabox users with **Broadcast access** who want to review a sequence's contacts.
> * Roles: Owners and Admins can open the report for a sequence.

<Info>
  Each sequence has its own contact-based report. It is not a separate aggregate report in the Reports section.
</Info>

## Plan Availability

Sequences require Essential or Advanced plan — see [Sequences](/whatsapp/sequences/overview) for plan details and limits.

## What a Sequence Report Shows

Open a sequence's report to review the contacts enrolled in that sequence and their current outcome. The report shows contact-level status rather than an aggregate funnel across all sequences.

| Status          | What it means                                      |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Enrolled** | The contact has been added to the sequence |
| **In Progress** | The contact is progressing through the sequence |
| **Completed** | The contact completed the sequence |
| **Success** | The contact reached the sequence's success outcome |
| **Failure** | The contact reached the sequence's failure outcome |
| **Dropped** | The contact left the sequence before completion |
| **Error** | The sequence encountered an error for that contact |

## Contact and Step Logs

Select a contact in the report to inspect its sequence record and step logs. This lets you see the contact's status and the steps recorded for that contact.

## How to Access a Sequence Report

1. Go to **Sequences** in the left navigation of Gallabox.
2. Open the sequence you want to review.
3. Open **Report**.
4. Select a contact to inspect its sequence record and step logs.

## Using the Report

Use the report to identify contacts whose status needs follow-up, such as **Error**, **Failure**, or **Dropped**. Open the contact's record and step logs before deciding what to change or whom to contact.
