Rule-Based Bots

Build rule-based conversation flows with controlled paths, questions, actions, and integrations.

Use a Rule-Based Bot when a customer should follow a defined process, such as qualification, data collection, or order tracking. Unlike a Chat AI Agent, the bot follows the paths and conditions you configure in its flow.

Rule-Based Bots are available on all Gallabox plans. Individual nodes may have separate plan requirements.

Nodes

Connectors

Troubleshooting Bots

Fix a bot that doesn’t reply, stops early, or hands off to the wrong person.
