Who can use this?
- Gallabox users with Integrations access.
- Roles: Owners and Admins
Shipping integrations send automatic WhatsApp updates to your customers as their orders move — picked up, out for delivery, delivered — using your approved message templates. No bot flow needed: shipment events from your logistics platform trigger the messages directly.

How Shipping Integrations Work
These are workflow integrations — different from bot flow connectors:- Your shipping platform sends a shipment event (order picked up, out for delivery, delivered) to Gallabox via webhook
- The matching workflow you configured fires
- Gallabox sends the WhatsApp template you selected, with variables (order ID, tracking link) mapped from the event
