- In Shopflo: Settings → Integrations → Abandoned Cart Webhooks, enable webhook tracking, paste the URL, enable it, and save
- Back in Gallabox, choose the WhatsApp channel and click Update Configuration
- Click Use beside the Abandoned Checkout workflow, pick a template, map variables, and click Create Workflow
WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery
This integration (via the CartFlows / Cart Abandonment Recovery WordPress plugin) is deprecated. Existing workflows may experience disruptions. For new cart-recovery setups, use Shopflo or the standard WooCommerce integration with webhooks.
